How do you ship?

We ship our products worldwide. Packaging types may change constantly to achieve maximum discretion and delivery success. Shipping can take 6-20 days depending on location (UK & EU: 6-10 business days, USA: 10-20 business days).

Will you give me a tracking number for my order?
Yes, all orders are trackable. you will receive an email with Tracking No. after your order is shipped.

Tracking can be done after 48 hours because from our delivery center package goes to logistics warehouse and awaits custom. If tracking code does not appear in the system after 3 business days please contact us and we’ll investigate this.

We recommend our customers to use track-trace.com site until item reaches to the destination country

U.S. orders can be tracked online on U.S. Post Service website.
Canadian orders can be tracked online on Canada Postal website.
Please note that some countries such as U.K and Australia do not provide online tracking for inbound international registered post parcels.

My tracking code does not move.
Usually this happens when items are being held on custom and are waiting custom clearance. This does not mean any problem. But if your tracking code shows no progress within 10 days please contact us and we’ll investigate this. We also can advice you to contact your local Post office(USPS) with the tracking code to get detailed info where item is right now.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We guarantee you will get your order within 28 working days or we will resend it.

Please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting us about non-arrival of an order. If the order has been detained and confiscated by foreign customs please e mail us and we will reship it immediately. All packages have tracking numbers. No seizure letter required.
